Peppermint Coffee is a Christmastime favorite, but if you love the flavor of mint as much as I do, this coffee is good anytime of the year.
8 ounces coffee
2 tbsp. cocoa mix
½ tsp peppermint extract
2 tsp sugar
2 ounces milk
- Place dry ingredients in mug, then slowly pour coffee over top.
- Stir until cocoa mix and sugar are completely dissolved.
- Add peppermint extract and milk, and then stir until well blended.
Just like with hot chocolate, you can add some whipped cream, marshmallows, or a peppermint stick to make it even more tasty!
